The Lunchbreak Run

A complete 30-minute running session you can fit into a 45-minute lunch break — including changing time.

The Workout

Warm-up Walk

3 min

Start with a brisk walk. Get your legs moving and your breathing rhythm going. This is non-negotiable — cold muscles get injured.

Easy Run

20 min

Run at a conversational pace — you should be able to speak in short sentences. Don't race. The goal is consistency, not speed.

Cool-down Walk

5 min

Drop back to a walk. Let your heart rate come down naturally. Breathe deeply.

Quick Stretch

2 min

Calf stretch against a wall, 30 sec each leg. Hip flexor stretch, 30 sec each side. You're done.
